Dr. Chris Romano serves as the President of VCBCS, overseeing the executive leadership team as well as the Department of Theology and Biblical Studies. Dr. Romano carries a wealth of leadership experience both in the local church, as well as in public and private education. He currently holds advanced degrees in History, Biblical Studies, and Theology.​ The foremost passion of Dr. Romano’s heart is to see the broken lives of people of all ages repaired and restored through the gospel of Jesus Christ. Following the ministry model of 2 Timothy 2:2, it is his conviction to create cultures of discipleship where people can develop their unique potential to become high-impact Kingdom leaders.​Dr. Romano resides in Upstate New York with his wife Tara. Happily married since 1999, they have 5 children (Samuel, Hannah, Caleb, Abigail, Aria) and 4 grandchildren (Xavier, Reign, Charlotte, Lucy).
Dr. Ron King

Dr. King has been involved in church planting in the USA and abroad since 1972. He has traveled extensively throughout the world and carries a global vision for equipping the church and training leaders. He serves in the ministry as an apostle, pastor, and teacher. He is one of the founding fathers of Apostolic Team Ministries (ATM), International and Kingdom Leadership, International.

Dr. King serves as Vice President of Vision Christian Bible College & Seminary and is one of the mentoring professors in the Master’s and Doctorate Programs.
Dr. Strickland serves on the national board, is the International Director, co-chairs the Department of Ministry, and is a mentoring professor in the Master and Doctoral Programs. He is a Director of Apostolic Team Ministries International and is a founding director of Kingdom Leadership International. HG is married to the love of his life and ministry partner, Chaley and together they have two boys, Tristan and Gavin.

Dr. Kim Keyes has worked in higher education since 2009 where she supported students in their academic success. Through her experiences as a Residence Director, Academic Advisor, and Assistant Director for the Center for Student Success, she found herself helping students through challenging life circumstances and developed a passion for counseling. She desired to follow the call from God to remind His people who they are, and to whom they belong and joined the VCBCS family in 2018 as a student at Rock Solid Bible Institute, an affiliate campus of VCBCS, under the leadership of Dr. Chris Romano. She obtained her Ph.D. in Christian Counseling in 2021 and was appointed Head of the Christian Counseling Department in the Fall of 2023. Dr. Keyes develops curriculum and teaches for VCBCS and for the affiliate campus where she once began her studies. She counsels women and ministers to young teens, leading them to a deeper and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ. Dr. Keyes resides in upstate New York with her husband Melisha where she homeschools their two children Eleanor and Josiah.
Justin Monfort

Justin has served as one of the staff pastors at New Life Christian Center in Celina, Ohio, since 2010. He attended Destiny School of Ministry from 2005 to 2007, earning his Bachelor's in Biblical Studies. In 2021, Justin completed his Master's in Theology with Vision Christian Bible College and Seminary and is currently working on completing his PhD in Ministry. In addition to serving pastorally at New Life Christian Center, Justin is a valued member of the VCBCS leadership team and the Department of Business Leadership. Justin's passion is empowering others to discover their ministry calling through careful guidance and discipleship.
Dr. Hunter Ray was born and raised in southeast New Mexico. After becoming a follower of Christ in his teens and graduating high school and college, Dr. Ray entered into full-time ministry as a missionary. His time as a missionary led him to minister in 10 countries stretching from the bush of Zambia, Africa to the villages of Cambodia. He served in a variety of positions, from leading short-term mission trips to spending 5 years church planting and raising up disciples in the rural areas of Cambodia. Dr. Ray holds a PhD in Theology with a concentration in Biblical Languages. He joined the VCBCS team in August of 2021 and is serving as a professor in the Department of Theology and Biblical Studies. Dr. Ray currently resides in upstate New York with his wife Sarah and three beautiful daughters.

Lisa Johnson serves in leadership, and women’s ministry, at New Beginning Church in Montgomery, Michigan. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Ministry. She is married to the love of her life and ministry partner, Scott, who also serves in the US Navy. Lisa’s passion is to equip others for the work of the ministry.
